• misrepresent your affiliation with FLYTOTREND or the Game.

The Game, including its software, design, artwork, text, graphics, branding, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to FLYTOTREND and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, flags, marks, platform elements, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Game availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Game where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, product changes, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Scores, rankings, and game results

Game outcomes, rankings, scores, and similar features are provided for entertainment. We may correct or remove results affected by bugs, technical errors, cheating, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country apply. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law are not affected.
